The sick leave arrangements for all workshop and site employees in the metal and engineering industry are governed by the industry’s Main Agreement. This agreement is negotiated annually between SEIFSA and the industry trade unions and details all the terms and conditions of employment in the industry. It is legally binding on all companies engaged in the industry in respect of the IR & Legal Services workshop and site employees, from general labourers up to and including artisans engaged in the productive process.
SEIFSA offers all our training workshops as either on-site training or via webinars. For on-site training, we can hold the sessions at your company premises. We do require a minimum of 10 delegates for these sessions.
