Skills Development Committee Training
In terms of SETA regulations, organisations need to have a skills development committee in place in order to apply for SETA discretionary funding. This this will equip skills development forum or committee members with a good understanding of skills development and the need for workplace implementation of skills development initiatives.
Participants will gain valuable insights on how workplace forums work and the roles of the committee members. They will also be given excellent introduction to skills development, the skills planning process, and the types of grants and pivotal programmes that are in place. In addition, they will learn about the workplace skills plan and the annual training report.
