The human skills of getting work done through people

Leadership today is about more than setting targets, giving instructions and measuring results. In a rapidly changing world of work, leaders are increasingly required to communicate with clarity, navigate difficult conversations, build accountability and adapt to changing people, skills and technologies.

The LEADER/SHIFT webinar series is designed to help leaders make practical shifts in how they lead, communicate and work with people. Each session focuses on a common leadership challenge and provides practical tools that leaders can apply immediately in the workplace.

Across four engaging sessions, participants will explore how to move:

From Telling to Connecting | From Avoiding to Addressing | From Chasing to Owning | From Certainty to Adaptability

Shift 1: FROM TELLING TO CONNECTING

Shift 4: FROM CERTAINTY TO ADAPTABILITY
