Gazettal Of The MEIBC Administration and Dispute Resolution Levies As At 17 April 2025
We have received confirmation from the MEIBC that the Bargaining Council Administration and Dispute Resolution Levies have been gazetted with effect from 17 April 2025.
This means that contributions to both bargaining council levies must be reinstituted with effect from 17 April 2025. Also note, that there is no obligation to make any back payments to when the two levies expired on 31 March 2025.
The levy amounts to both agreements remain unchanged and are as they were as at 31 March 2025.
