What does it mean to be an accredited Labour Broker?

While labour brokers provide an important service to the industry, compliance to the relevant legislation and bargaining councils is paramount. The Constructional Engineering Association TES Division was established by labour brokers as a self-regulatory body that also enabled them to keep abreast of the latest legislative developments, as well as assuring clients of the highest standards of good governance and legal compliance to industry requirements. The TESD is the only body of labour brokers in the sector that has introduced an accreditation process. Click here to view the TESD website

Why make use of an accredited Labour Broker?

Accredited Temporary Employment Service Providers as at 02 Feb 2026

We are pleased to circulate the most recent list of CEA (TESD) accredited members – member companies that have successfully undergone the TESD audit and met the required standards of compliance, credibility, and professionalism. CEA (TESD) accreditation not only enhances industry recognition, but also provides increased visibility through promotion on multiple platforms and trusted industry channels. Non-accredited companies are encouraged to consider the audit process and take advantage of the opportunity to be recognised as an accredited member, strengthening confidence among clients, partners, and stakeholders.
