Dishonesty at the workplace is an ongoing problem that many employers have to deal with to varying degrees. This is not to say that all employees are dishonest; on the contrary, most employees are honest and employers rely on theIR & Legal Services honesty to conduct theIR & Legal Services businesses. However, it is an unfortunate fact of life that there can be dishonest employees at all levels in organisations and that the degree of fraud and theft seems to be escalating every year. The removal of property by employees, other than theIR & Legal Services own, from company premises has over the years been the source of many disciplinary hearings.
