    • Deciding on achievable % Black , Black Female and White Female Goals having regard to the number of opportunities arising from all the variables factored in, and the pool of Suitably Qualified Persons.
    • Finalising your % Black, Black Female and White Female Goals aligned to Designated Group, Designated Group Male and Female Targets or the EAP (if already achieved).
